The check-in was seamless, even arriving at an odd hour. Helpful staff quickly assisted with a SIM card issue, a relief. The breakfast had a nice selection but felt a bit limited in Western options. The room, an Executive Queen Room, was comfortable and clean, though I noticed some water stains under the sink that needed attention. The location is convenient, just a short ride from the airport. The highlight of my stay was the Banjara restaurant, great food with good live music. A minor inconvenience was the wifi connection. It dropped intermittently. Happy with my stay and would consider returning when in Mumbai again.

WiFi signal falters frequently, dropping connections and frustrating guests. The restaurant's buffet remains unchanged throughout the day, likely reheated rather than fresh. Room sizes lean toward cramped, which can feel limiting after a long day of adventures.

Perfect place with free Wi-Fi and in-house restaurant. Marvellous breakfast, variety of options available. Perfect location close enough to both the airports and the goldfinch Mumbai, amazing views. Variety of food options within easy walking distance of the venue🙂

Had a boss time, la! The staff were exceptionally sound, accommodating me early check-in. Really enjoyed the buffet at Banjara restaurant with its live music—makes the evening special. Only thing, the wifi could do with some improvement. Still, great experience overall!

The location is fantastic, only 10 minutes from the airport. I appreciated the early check-in and friendly staff who ensured a pleasant stay.

The rooftop pool lacked shaded areas, making it less enjoyable during the day.

The location is perfect, just a short drive to the airport. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The highlight was definitely the spa with its excellent thai-dry massage. The banjara restaurant was fantastic, with delicious food and live music that added to the atmosphere.

The location is good, offering easy access to various attractions. The Executive Queen Room was well-appointed. Staff members were attentive and quick to assist with any requests.

This place is nice, and has wi-fi, a fitness centre, and excellent 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff helped me retrieve my forgotten earpods. I highly recommend it and I'm coming back for Easter!

Really good Service and Great Location

The location is just 10 minutes from the airport. The Banjara restaurant is a highlight with its excellent buffet and live music, which really enhances the dining experience. I think having more shaded areas around the rooftop pool would be a big plus.

I chose this hotel for attending a training session and I was pleased with the experience. The hotel offers a banquet hall that can accommodate up to 200 guests, which was perfect for the event. The facilities were well-maintained and provided all the comforts I needed during my stay.

The only service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center. It would have been convenient to have a designated space for accessing computers, printers, and other office equipment.
